3. Omniserve Technology Ltd. is not an agent for Crespen Limited and this package does not constitute a partnership or joint venture arrangement between Crespen Limited and Omniserve Technology Ltd.

4. Omniserve Technology Ltd. holds full responsibility for the management, support and hosting of websites offered in this package.

5. The web service is subject to renewal with Omniserve Technology Ltd. at the end of your 12 month subscription. Your web service subscription with Omniserve commences when your login details are sent to the email address provided by you during the sales process.

6. Purchase of this package consitututes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in addition to the YourLocal.ie advertiser Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.yourlocal.ie/tc.do. Any customer to purchases this package is also subject to Omniserve Technology Ltd.’s Terms and Conditions as outlined on Omniserve terms and conditions page.
