The YourLocal.ie offer includes the all-in-one website system as a complimentary add-on. Sign up for the YourLocal.ie Premium Listing for €699 ex VAT and that's it. Do I need to know HTML to use your Site Builder?

No, the Omniserve Sitebuilder is designed for people who don't know HTML. Updating your website is as easy as typing into a Word document! top of page

Must I download the software to use your Site Builder?

You don't have to download or install anything in your PC. Your Site Builder sits on a web server so you can access and update your website to make changes any time you want to, from anywhere in the world as long as you have an Internet connection with broadband.top of page

What must I have in order to use your Site Builder?

You need to have an up to date Web Browser with Broadband Internet Connection. That’s all you need. We recommend using Internet Explorer although we also support Firefox

How easy is it to set up my website when I buy this offer?

It is very easy to set up your website. The Sitebuilder is designed to be used by non-technical people. You will also have access to our step-by-step Video Tutorial guides to make the process easy to follow. If you can use Microsoft Word you will have no issues with our system.

Does the Website include web hosting?

Yes, the price includes web hosting because we want you to focus on your business and leave the technical stuff to us. top of page

How many pages can I have and what If I need more pages?

YourLocal.ie websites with Omniserve can have up to 10 content pages. For 90% of Business Websites this is more than enough. If you do require adding additional pages please open a support ticket, details of which will be provided after signup. top of page

How many Email Address can I have or what if I want more email addresses

YourLocal websites with Omniserve come with 1 email address. For 90% of Business Websites this is more than enough. The email is setup as a "Catchall" meaning that everything@yourdomain will arrive in the account we create. It is like having lots of email addresses but just having to check one. If you require additional email address or would like to forward your email address to another 3rd party email address please open a support ticket. top of page

Can I add my company logo to the website?

Yes you can. Please see our Video Tutorials for a step by step guide to updating images using the Sitebuilder. top of page

I already bought a domain name. Can I use it with your SiteBuilder?

You need to sign up with a new domain to be able to place an order and get access to the Sitebuilder. You can then either have your existing domain point to your new website so that visitors typing in your old domain are redirected to your new website or you can transfer your domain name over to us and we will look after everything for you. Just let the Sales Agent know or open a support ticket after we have provided you with your Website Login details. top of page

How long will it take to insert text and photos to my website?

It depends on you. Once we send you your Login details, you can start editing the content and putting in photos. If you have all your materials and information ready, it should take no more than 30 minutes for you to set up and publish your website. You should make changes to your website regularly for SEO reasons so it's a work-in-progress really. top of page

How about help and support?

We'll provide you with our comprehensive video tutorials. Failing that we have a support ticketing system you will have access to. top of page

Can I add ecommerce functions to my website?

Yes you can. We have a special ecommerce solution which lets you sell products directly from your Website. See our Website Extras page for more information. top of page

Can I add Youtube videos to my website?

Yes you can add Youtube videos to your pages so they look like they are running in your page but in fact they run from Youtube allowing you all the great features from Youtube at no extra cost to you and your customer sees them on your webpage.

Are there ongoing charges?

There is an annual renewal fee of €149 plus VAT to continue using the Omniserve Service. This is to cover the cost of your domain renewal, web hosting, email use and for the license to continue using the website site builder application. This is less than €3 per week to be open for business 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. It does not include any additional services you may have purchased with us during the year.
